Dad’s Heart, My Life Article

Steve McKee wrote a great article in the Washington Post that hit home for me. My dad, Jack passed away at 60 from cancer and basically missed out on meeting all of his grandkids and countless other special moments that are what life is all about in the end. Years prior to his losing bout with cancer he had had a heart attack and barely survived it. All-in-all he was in horrible shape and his story and mine were quite similar to Sreve McKee’s and his father’s.
